Interior Details-

Anella accommodates up to 14 guests (12 adults and 2 children). There are six bedrooms and one smaller side room. All bedrooms have air conditioning, internet, TV and their own bathroom. On the ground floor of the main structure there are two double bedrooms. In addition, there is one further bedroom with twin beds suitable for children. There is also a beautiful dining room with a large fireplace and wooden beam ceilings. It contains a dining table with space for all guests to eat together. This room enjoys direct access out to the villa’s garden.

You can access the other two bedrooms on the ground floor by walking a few metres across to the garden annex, which is composed of a living area with two double bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with shower. You will also find a kitchen on this floor equipped with a gas hob and everything else you could need to make your own delicious meals. On the first floor you will find a living room with comfortable sofas and an open fireplace. It has access to the terrace with tables and chairs. Finally, leading on from this living area are two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The property’s furnishings are luxurious and simple, creating an elegant atmosphere. The focus is on high-quality natural materials and striking pieces such as standalone bathtubs and open fireplaces.

Exterior Details-

The outside space of Anella is designed in harmony with its natural surroundings. Firstly, there is a pergola in the garden sheltering a large dining table. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening meal out under the stars. You will find the lovely swimming pool in a secluded area of the garden, bordered by beds of fragrant flowers and herbs. A terrace surrounds it with sun beds and parasols. There is a second shaded area alongside the pool. Here there are further sun beds for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking countryside views.

Enjoy this town’s winding streets, charming squares and beautiful countryside views. You will find plenty of local restaurants, a spa and little cafés tucked away on side streets. The wider area surrounding this villa is renowned for its wine production, with towns such as Montepulciano within easy reach for a gastronomical day trip. In addition, for those looking for a more relaxing break you can find the famous thermal baths at Fonteverde nearby. Furthermore, it takes just half an hour to get to Florence on the train while Rome is just an hour and 20 minutes away.
